We have used Jon Teppo's team at TNT Realty to buy and sell our last 3 houses. I have no plans to use anyone else as we have had such good experiences every time! We started with my dad's house. He had unfortunately passed away and we were given an appraisal that showed that house in it's current condition was not valued enough to even pay off the mortgage. Jon looked things over and felt he could help us. The plan involved doing a small remodel. If we would have had to go out and find contractors to do this at that time there was no way we would have done it. But because Jon has a team that can handle things they took care of it and we were able to sell the house for enough money to make a 20k profit after paying for the remodel and all fees.
